Ella Ewing
Ella Ewing was a performer for Barnum and Bailey beginning in the late 1890's. She stood 8' 4 1/2" tall as a result of a pituitary gland problem in childhood.. Her anomalous condition seems not to have affected her feminine physique as much as her facial structure whose features lack traditional gender identification.
